"Very bad and frustrating experience: I recently had a crown procedure and It’s now been 7 months I am complaining about pain and inflammation asking for the crown to be adjusted as it was not properly adjusted when first placed it in because “you can always adjust later on”. The doctor refuses to do any adjustments and this situation leaves me in constant pain and it is also affecting my ability to speak without discomfort. I recently asked to talk to the manager but during my visit I was not given the courtesy of talking to the manager. The doctor didn’t even look at me nor listen to my complains because “she studied a lot” and was very dismissive of my situation. I was sent to another studio as referral because the doctor thought my problem was due to something else. At the referral they said it’s all good and I need adjustment to the crown and bite. It has something I have been complaining for months and anytime I go in they refuse to do anything. I started to think they don’t care about their patients. If you need standard cleaning is a great place but if you need some work to be done you may want to go elsewhere. I am still waiting for my issue to be fixed and to talk to the manager."
