"After my first appointment with this practice, my teeth are gleaming and mouth refreshingly clean. From initial contact to records transfer, reception to hygiene, patient education to exit, the staff provided respectful, professional, and customized care. The parking lot behind the building has a dedicated spot for those with official disability as well as a gently sloped ramp to an entrance. Dr. Ravett not only examined my teeth with utmost care, she also did the entire cleaning herself. This enabled her to examine them more closely as well as to answer my questions and point out how I can improve my daily hygiene. Though I come from a lineage of dentists, I still learned! To my relief, not once did she or her staff push any form of the sales pitches that are all too familiar to too many of us in dental offices. I intend to stay with this practice."

Making condescending facial expressions and remarks that were extremely unsettling. I will never return to this establishment, will not recommend seeking treatment there to anyone, and I suggest no one go here unless you would like to be treated in an unprofessional manner."
