"Beautiful loop trail that's just a little over a mile. It features three waterfalls along the way. Because I like to save the best for last, I walked the trail counterclockwise so I could see the biggest fall last. Absolutely worth it."
"We started off our furry tail adventure at the state park. Where we were told that dogs were not allowed. Then redirected to this. For all out of towers like me. It would be handy to have known this without doing so. However it saved us money cz this one is free. Truly enjoyed our adventure"
"What a great place for family and friends to get some short walks in while taking in some beautiful waterfalls and the surrounding scenery. You could easily spend an entire day here. Bring your lunch and snacks, tables are available out front. This place is popular so you may have a short wait to get in, but it is worth it!"
"This is a short trail, with two gorgeous waterfalls to see along the way. There are plenty flat spaces by the falls to hang out if you want to stay a while. Even the drive here along the tip of Maryland is amazing. We visited on a fairly rainy day, but it still had a steady stream of visitors."
"Yes it was about 3 hours from my house but it didn't disappoint us! The fall was a "mini" fall but the water was cool and fresh! The kids had a good time in the water and enjoyed the trails. The park was clean and not too crowded on a Sat afternoon. There are many "hidden" entrances to "hidden" spots where you can get in the water and swim or "cliff jump". Items to take: light, multiple backpacks for water bottles, towels, extra clothes, sandals, etc. There are no trash cans other than the ones in the bathroom so make sure you have a plastic bag as well. The park has some plain but mostly rocky and trails full of roots, foliage, trees and low hanging branches. So I wouldn't recommend doing there with a baby/toddler that requires strollers. Kids old enough to walk by themselves and light backpacks is the way to go. Oh and there is a small entrance fee as well."
