Sarah in particular, went above and beyond helping us with our purchase. When it came to scheduling the installation, the process continued to go smooth in every way. They came out and removed an old hot tub that was here, and then explained what we needed to do to make sure delivery day went smooth. The installers were so nice and professional and extremely thorough. Lastly, the gentleman who explains and goes over all the instructions with you was fantastic and a wealth of knowledge and giving inside tips that have been working great for us.
