"This is a dishonest practice! I previously had Lumineers placed on my teeth in Beverly Hills. I am a fashion model. This office does not offer a free consultation. They do not tell you this up front. They charge $158 for a consultation. I most certainly do not want to pay $158 for them to see if I want to proceed further with them. I want to see if the dentist is someone I would feel confident in doing an excellent job with cosmetic dentistry. I want to see his work. My smile is my career. My smile is also something that I don’t want messed up. Yet, he is charging $158 to look at my teeth! Cosmetic dentists do free consultations. On top of this, I was sick with Covid and had to reschedule and the dentist wanted to charge me an additional $50 fee to reschedule. When I initially asked how much the lumineers will cost, they quoted around $800 on the phone. The office manager later said that isn’t correct, they start off at $1500 and up. This dentist using the famous pressure technique to get your business. My wish for this dentist is for him to revise his business model. His time may be valuable to him and I agree if he is providing a service. But my time is valuable and no one should pay $158 for him to look at their teeth because then they will only feel pressured to proceed with his cosmetic dentistry. I don’t trust dental offices who are dishonest about pricing. They are only in it for the money. As the office manager said, “We care. But we are a business.” Isn’t that what is wrong with the world?!"

"I know I left a previous comment, but as an educated at the age of 49 years, scolding an adult about plaque buildup on a painful mesial drift tooth ready for extraction is barbaric dental care. Dr. Matthews also put a hydrogen peroxide gel mix on both of my teeth that were painful. I have no idea what bad day this was, but I was in total shock. I had one previous appointment when Dr. Fabey prescribed meds, and I came back for a referral, not a full mouth of x-rays and a middle school scolding about how I don't brush my teeth, which is not true and completely disgusting and disturbing accusation! I have been in shock for months that this actually happened and this is actually a practicing Doctor! I would never let him touch my teeth! As a previous dental assistant in the early 90s and dark ages, I remember more about teeth then he will. He seemed like was 28 years old and clueless. I'm sorry that I ever went to this office. Office staff..thank you for sending my x-rays to Dr. Milano. I used to work to for Dr. Gary / Chip Williams in Pen Argyl, but he passed away! He would never speak to anyone like that like that ! What type of dentist is this ? Pediatric ?"

"I had a real positive experience here. I have a lot of anxiety around having my teeth poked and probed but Dr Matthews was very kind towards me and put me at ease. From the front desk girl to my time in the chair I felt put at ease, something I can rarely say of my dentist experiences in other past places. If you have anxiety going to the dentist, this is a good place to go."
