"ETA: The practice sold in 2023. The new team is nice and certainly friendly, but I did not especially care for the dentist who did my cleaning and exam. Just wanted to update my review in light of Dr. Farrell leaving. She is missed for sure! If you are looking for a dental office, look no further. From the front office, to the hygienist, to the dentist herself, everyone was beyond kind and friendly. I did not feel rushed during my appointment at all. Additionally, the office was remarkably clean. Finally, it is refreshing to actually be able to schedule a follow appointment in the recommended time frame. So glad we found this office!"

"Since my last visit Palmer Smile Design had a complete turnover, new dentist, front desk staff and hygentist. I was not informed of these changes and the website still has the previous staff photos and names listed."

Dr. Farrell had so much confidence that she could get my tooth out which was the one way in the back I decided to go through with it. No problem she delivered and he went smoothly. "I have found that if you really like a doctor, the office staff is less than desirable. However, Dr. Farrell, the Dental Hygienists, and the office staff knock it out of the park!
