"I am sharing an update on the below review due to change in experience . Dr. Ronak Belani and his wife rectified the behavior of their employee and made a. changing in their staff. They offered empathy for the below experience. During my most recent visits the staff has provided an excellent experience and service! Ronak Belani Is very professional knowledgeable and provides an excellent services for his patients! Update from below I have been going here for the past 6 months no issues until 9/28/2023!! I went in for a tooth extraction recommended the week before! When I arrived the dentist began to numb the wrong side of my mouth! I advised the tooth in question was on the opposite side. The dentist became combative and rude! Was offering services never mentioned on the prior visit. I continue to have the service completed and the women was rude a very unprofessional! She accused me of recording her unprofessional behavior! I will never trust these place again seeking second opinion as after 3 days I am still in pain!!! There all about money and not the services promised to the patients!"

"I’ve been a dental hygienist for over 15 years and employed by Cosmetic and Natural Dentistry for nearly 6 months. I have nothing but lovely things to say about my employers and coworkers. All of them, especially Lali. As a mother of 5 little ones, they always make sure my family life is just as much of a priority as my work life. Which in itself, speaks in volumes about the intentions of the practice. I’ve never missed a direct deposit in my bank account and they are constantly giving me the hours that are conducive to my schedule. It saddens me to see negative reviews that simply are not true and I remain hopeful in the future resolution could be facilitated in a healthier form of communication."
