Walgreens Pharmacy

"My wife and I made appointments for a COVID shot and waited for half an hour. We watched both pharmacists leave the pharmacy area while we were waiting. We were there more than half an hour waiting to get our shots which should take 30 seconds. There were very few people there getting prescriptions filled so it’s not like they were super busy. We eventually left without getting our shots because we had another appointment to go to. What is the point of making an appointment if they don’t bother keeping it? Complete waste of our time."

"This pharmacy is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They take several hours to fill a prescription. If you call and want to speak to a pharmacist, expect to wait at least 15 minutes, and picking up a prescription is usually a 25 minute debacle. What made me finally switch to a different pharmacy was an incident when they ran out of a medication that is beyond important that I take 3 times daily. They gave me a 5 day supply while they ordered more. It wasn't until day 7 that they informed me they were unable order anymore, even though I called every day asking if they had received it. After some hassle and arguing I finally managed to get it transferred to a different pharmacy. They actually told me to call my doctor and "have him figure it out" (exact words) and go to the emergency room in the meantime. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY. GO ABSOLUTELY ANYWHERE ELSE."

"If you are going to be closed on the weekends longer hours like the rest of the wallgreens would be nice for people who work till what time and cant make it by 6."
