Giant Eagle Pharmacy

"20 mins plus phone hold time and if they don't like your request for whatever reason they'll just hang up on you. No one answers the phone properly it's always a yell giant eagle kinda like what do you want! I understand everyone and their mother in this unfortunate industry is short staffed but if I put up with your hold time least you can do it take the time if there is an issue with the Rx take an extra min to explain instead of hanging up to take the next call."

"I was diagnosed with covid. My PCP phoned in a prescription for PAXLOVID, the medication for covid-19. The pharmacist refused to fill the prescription because they don't have a drive-thru and recommended I contact the Giant Eagle in Herminie. They don't have a drive-thru either. Long story short, I had my PCP phone it into Walmart who had it ready in 5 minutes. I've had countless problems with Giant Eagle Pharmacy and will no longer use them again"

"The employees in the pharmacy are very helpful and do an excellent. Only wish the store would allow people just getting a prescription filled allow people to enter and leave at the entrance buy the pharmacy. Instead of walking thru the store."

"This pharmacy is a joke! The manager is rude and the young blonde girl is obnoxiously loud and not funny at all even though she seems to think she is! Every time I have gone there the white coats seem to be having a grand ol time while some of the girls in the black coats up front are running around doing everything! You might want to get you manager in check . While waiting on my medicine I watched how she treats some of those girls and is disgusting, while they laugh with the loud mouth. I have since moved my medicine to another store"
