"Unreliable, never have medication in stock and won't restock it when they run out until you request your prescription. Which often leads to you going to pick it up and them telling you they don't have it, Bev is great and always very helpful. The younger women working are very unhelpful and wouldn't help me find a pharmacy with my prescription that I needed in stock and kept repeating themselves and talking over me, not understanding or caring that the prescription was a seizure preventative. I only needed one dose until their delivery got there"

"Unreliable as a pharmacy. Unprofessional when your medication has been on back order and laugh when I come in to check if back in stock (glad you think it’s funny, but it is NOT to me). The pharmacy is terrible at notifying you when and/or if it is ready and you will have to call every day to check in on some medications. I should have made some where else my primary pharmacy"

"Went to pick up a Med I was supposed to be taking the next day after my doctor told me it would be there with instructions. Picked it up, and was told no instructions were sent with the meds and they have not received a fax regarding the matter. They said they would call my doctor and get back with me first thing in the morning. After not getting a phone call from anyone there, I called there today and the employee that helped me couldn’t be less concerned, and said the fax was there yesterday the whole time. I can’t help but feel like I’m burdening the employees there just to get my medication with proper instructions. Absolute shame. No accountability"

"This pharmacy consistently lacks the awareness to take care of their customers. We have received wrong prescriptions. We have also been notified of the filling of prescriptions, only to find they are not available to pick them up. Staff is often slow and clumsy. Out of 5 giant eagles pharmacies, this is by far the worst."
