"I discovered the Minute Clinic at CVS today when I needed some minor care. Living only minutes from the Robinson CVS on Steubenville Pike, I never knew that the Clinic existed. The very thorough and professional staff treated me immediately with care and expertise. The nurse and physician's assistant were fantastic. Now that I know they are so close to me, it's comforting to know that they are right there for my needs. Thanks Minute Clinic. I very much appreciate your kindness and professionalism."

"Terrible place. Do not go there. We took my niece there an hour before they closed ( just an earache)( probably an infection) there was literally NOBODY THERE(customers) and they turned us away. Talked to the "manager" who wasn't helpful at all. It literally would have took 5 minutes to diagnose and write a prescription for the poor kid. It was obviously a case of them trying to get out of there early. Totally unfriendly and unprofessional. (Stubenville pike) Robinson location"

"I went there today. Systems were all down and I was shocked that they didn’t just cancel the appointment. I was fully ok with leaving but the NP decided it was worth her time to take a look. I had a simple ear infection. However, she did not diagnose me with the ear infection. The Med Express up the road did after she was rude and careless. She diagnosed me with a “zit in my ear” and gave me triple antibiotic ointment. This was after she made a huge fuss about the keloids I have on my ear from previous trauma. (Very unprofessional way to ask someone “what’s wrong with your ears why are your lobes swelled like that why do they look that way”). Don’t waste your time here. Im assuming a quick Covid or flu test wouldn’t be too tasking. But if you have something that requires knowledge, just go to the Med Express up the road."

"I had to go to the MinuteClinic twice the past week for a cold (then turned into sinus infection) and both times the NPs were extremely helpful and listened carefully to all my concerns! Easier to get in than Med Express down the road and faster too."

"Despite the nurses being really nice, I can’t give this place high marks for testing because it took me until the next morning to get my rapid antigen test. My understanding is that the test is processed on site (so the whole point to it being rapid.) I had that test at 3:30 and did not get the results that day even though they close in the late evening. The explanation was basically that it was a fluke. But when you look someone in the eye and tell them 2-3 hours it’s not really okay to make them wait overnight. People are counting on these test results to operate safely and protect their kids."
