"My daughter was a passenger in one of your clients vehicles and was badly injured, this was an at fault accident. The medical and bodily injury experience was poor. To keep this review concise, Erie really dealt my daughter a low blow by offering a settlement 364 days after the event, on a Friday afternoon, which gave my daughter 1 day to accept. The state law in TN allows only 1 year to file a lawsuit, we didnt want to go that route. Was sneaky of Erie. If we could rewind we would have 100% hired a lawyer to handle this."

"It’s been almost a month since their insured hit my vehicle. Not one single call from a claims professional. Received a piece of mail from them 3 weeks after the wreck thanking me for my patience while they “assigned an adjuster” (apparently that takes 3 weeks here?) Apparently their supervisors can’t be requested and can’t return calls either. Reeks of unprofessionalism. Judging by the multiple other reviews… they aren’t afraid of a bad rep."

"I accidently hit a post in the garage of job when pulling out of a parking spot. I misjudged the turn. I contacted my agent because it was my first accident in years and I knew I had accident forgiveness on my policy but I did not see it. I knew about changes he made when I purchased my new car in July of 2022. He did not mention to me at that time it was being removed. I would have kept it if he did. So I asked him about it since I did not see it. He stated in writing it was there a few times. Once even after I said I did not see it on the policy. So I went through my policy to have my car repaired in February of 2023. Jump to renewal time and my premium went up by $67.00 monthly because of the accident. The accident forgiveness was not done due to it not being on there. I called my agent at first he said it was due to the rate increase in my state until I read to him what the letter said due to the accident. He apologized for the error and tried to fix it but was only able to get it to 30.00 less. however i feel i should not pay for any increase because i had the accident forgiveness."
