"I order a group order today and the toppings on all but 1 of the sandwiches were incorrect. When I called to explain my situation, the MOD called the MOD that was on duty at the time. There was an apology and a recommendation to call to make sure the order is correct before I come. I’m sorry, thats what ordering from the app is for. Everything is on the receipt correctly, but it was NOT MADE correctly. After expressing my dissatisfaction the current MOD offered to remake the order, but im not wasteful. I declined because I’m at work, no one can come get it and they ate most of the food with some additions we had in the frig. Thanks anyway. What I would have liked was maybe an acknowledgment and a $20 credit. My staff requested Jimmy Johns for today, tomorrow and next week for lunch. Not gonna happen. I will have them choose somewhere else"

"I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. They will ask you specifically what you want and how. After you pay, you go to the end of the counter to get your food and get your receipt. They also have a drive-thru. The sandwich was good. They did not have gluten-free options, but you can get a lettuce wrap."

"Haven’t had a Jimmy John sandwich in awhile. But, they are still awesome. Love #2 with provolone. Went through the drive through. Order correct as ordered. Friendly young man that greeted me at the window. But most importantly, sandwich was great. Fresh bread and condiments and as asked, cut in half."

"I ordered a sub online for pickup here. Although it was expensive, it was actually two well made sandwiches which served for lunch and dinner. Pickup was easy and, under the current circumstances, the staff was pleasant."
