"Visited the location on 1/29/24 & asked to order a steak salad. The young lady informed me that they don't have steak; only chicken and lamb. I was puzzled because I was just there a month ago, and ordered exactly that. Plus, they have cheesesteak subs. Well, apparently they changed the menu. I don't who made that decision, but it wasn't a good one...at least not to me."
"I just called in to the store to let them know my order was made wrong. The lady who picked up claimed she was a manager, Hispanic accent, and told me to bring the food back and they’ll remake the pizza. I told her I live too far from the store to come back in the middle of a bad rain storm. She got smart with me and said there’s nothing she could do for me… when I told her I would call corporate, she said I don’t care… do what you want to do… I asked for a manager and she hung up on me… the new management in there seems to be trash. The environment has changed and they are less friendly."
"Poor customer service. I enter door of the Waldorf location on a Sunday at 10:30AM. The young lady (red hair) putting chairs down doesn’t greet me. I stand at the dessert refrigerator and after being in store for about a minute she says. “We’re not open until 11” while holding a chair and staring at me. Me: “oh no”. Her: “No”. This was my first and will be my last time smh."
"Hands down the best Ledo Pizza in the Southern Maryland area! There service is excellent and their pizzas, salads and chicken wings are very good. A must go to for dine-in or carry out."
"I did a online order, two pizza just to have one pizza not correct ask the young lady with the blond hair blue eye shadow to make my pizza over she then ask if I want my topping added on top. I told her no add it on my pizza when it’s in the over. She then told me it’s added on top. At this point you going back and forth with me on my food that I paid for. I request for my money back on the first pizza! Just to be told a manager was not available to do it I would have to wait to Monday?! And it would be 3 to 5 days for a refund. At this point I ask the young man in the kitchen to make the pizza over as I ask the blond hair young lady at first. Wait 15min for a do over never again corporate you will hear from me about my experience tonight was unacceptable!"
