Domino's Pizza

"Customer service is below non existent, I moved to Waldorf about a month ago and I got dominos a total of 3 times , even though the pizza was not perfect it was good enough to be satisfied, but thats not the problem,the first time we ordered by 12 year old brother got the door for the delivery and the driver took advantage of his age and said he does not have change and he will come back to give change. He did not. The 2nd time was pleasant and I was the one to handle the delivery, it was pleasant got my change and I let the driver know of my past experience (as it turns out the driver does not work at this location all the time )but told me they let them know &I got an email for points ,ok. Cool the 3rd and final time, we ordered pizza I got the door the driver told me ,"he got no change " (just for future reference it is company policy that drivers have change no greater than a 20$) and I could tell he wasn't about to give me my pizza not my problem if you don't got change ,so I told him its fine ,after I ate the pizza I called the locations to complain but they kept saying not my district and passing me to the next and finally I got to this one and the manager told me he called the driver to give me the change he never did come,so if you want dominos go to a better location outside Waldorf or order carry out before I moved they gave me change they had change on them."

"I placed an order over the phone for 8 buffalo wings. The young man who took my order over the phone with a very nice gentleman, which is why I gave two stars. However, when my food got here, the wings were not all the way cooked through, and they barely had any buffalo sauce on them. First glance, I could tell that the wings were not cooked all the way cooked through but I still did try them just to make sure, which they were not. I immediately, threw the box in the trash and I called them and the manager answered the phone. During this time, I did not know that this was the manager who had answer the phone because she said hold on for one second after I told her the problem I had with my food. As I sat on hold for five minutes, I realized I wasn’t being taken off so I called back and another young lady answered the phone and I asked her could I speak with her manager. I was on hold for maybe 30 seconds and then the manager picked up the phone. I then recognized the voice and it was the same lady who had put me on hold for five minutes and I said hey so you’re the manager and she said yes. Her tone and demeanor was just screaming she didn’t care and then she offered to give me half off of my next order which completely rubbed me the wrong way because now I’m never ordering with you guys again. I work in customer service, so I know how things can be sometimes but 0/10, do NOT recommend"

"Ordered two orders of chicken wings 1/30/2022. The wings were tiny and fatty. Ate them because we were hungry but we are totally dissatisfied with this order. Called the store but the employee who responded didn’t seem to really care. I was tempted to cancel my credit card payment in protest. I will never order the chicken wings again."

"YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!! I made an online order at 4:40pm and I tipped 20% hoping I would get great customer service. The site tells you that delivery takes 30-45 minute. At 5:44pm, I opened my door and I see that they left the pizza on my porch chair. No one knocked on or rang my door bell. I called to speak with a manager about my experience. She was insensitive, unapologetic, as if she hears this all the time, but was quick to offer to send me another pizza. At 6:23pm, I called back and spoke to another manager only for him to tell me if I file a complaint to corporate it will get redirected back to him. At 7:15pm, the driver rang my doorbell and still dropped the pizza on my porch chair. It took over 2.5 hours to receive a large pizza. INSANE!!! Do yourself a favor and take your business /money where customer services is still important to their establishment."
