"I came here and had the worst service I've had in a long time. I ended up just leaving because the girl taking my order couldn't figure out how to use the computer. The rest of the staff just watched as 4 of us wanted to place an order. I felt bad for the girl struggling."

"This Dunkin' is definitely one of the best managed stores I have run across. We have a standing order each week for 5 dozen donuts on a Friday. Chrissy the store manager is amazing and always has them ready for me when I arrive. The only time they weren't ready was when Chrissy was not there and I was told I'd have to order a day in advance. Totally not true!! I can't speak highly enough about her and the staff. Always gracious and quick to help. This is a very high volume store as well and they do a wonderful job of being helpful to the customers. I will continue to patronize this location as long as Chrissy Thomas is the manager, she deserves a bonus or a raise!!"

"Maritime coffee is just not a very good franchisee. They keep raising their prices and then nickel and diming you over things like swirl added to your coffee. Never had this problem before but for whatever reason I got charged extra today. I come four to five times a week and never had this problem but apparently this is a new thing that they're trying to squeeze out of their customers. I'm not surprised because they seem to be doing this at all their locations. It's getting old and I wish we had better options in southern Anne Arundel county. Looking forward to Royal Farms opening up because I'll be going there as will numerous people that I know. They don't really seem to support any local events or charities in the area either. Hopefully we can get some other options in the area that aren't so concerned about every cent that they can get out of the local customers."

"This place was really busy an there's a good reason why. Good food, service on point, great prices and values, a little something for everyone. The coffee is served many ways, and will get you zooming. The doughnuts look wonderful as you can see them on display. America runs on dunkins!"
