"If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Every single time (not exaggerating on that) my boyfriend, his family, and I order from here, something is wrong with the order. Tonight’s issue is that my burger that was supposed to be well done is nearly rare (see attached picture). They can’t even cook a burger right. They’re always forgetting part of our order, they even gave our entire order away to someone else not too long ago. Oh! The kicker. One time I asked for a salad without tomatoes on it because I’m allergic to them (yes, I even said that when placing the order). They gave me a salad with tomatoes on it. When I told them I asked for a salad without tomatoes, I saw them in the back just open the salad up, take the tomatoes off, then tried to give it back to me. I guess they just want me to go into anaphylactic shock. Will NEVER go here again. Hopefully they shut down."

"The food here is always pretty good, but lately the service has been absolutely horrible. The cashier verbally was arguing with us when she forgot to type in an order for a large group. An honest mistake, but that doesn’t warrant attitude towards the customer. Meanwhile, the table behind us had to request to have theirs cleaned after waiting for quite some time for someone to come out to clean. Let’s not even mention the state of the bathroom. It’s a shame such good food is ruined by the people you first interact with."

"This food is horrible. For the price of what we paid I expected a tiny bit of better quality food. The pizza is a joke - pizza from the school cafeteria is better made. The crab cakes were okay. The sweet potato fries were super soggy. Super annoyed we spent close to $70 for the quality of this food."

"I ordered the pulled pork bbq Mac and cheese. It comes with jalapeños and I always order it with out. It has been quite a few times no problem and very good food. Ordered and made how I liked. But today on 2/27/2022 I ordered with no jalapeños and was told that I ordered with no jalapeños but still received jalapeños. I then called asking for a solution and when I arrived to pick up my new Mac and cheese with no jalapeños the manager proceeded to tell me it was funny because it says on my order no jalapeños but I still received it. That upset me I cannot have spicy food for health reason and they think I am lying to them? I said I could have brought it back when I came to pick up my new order. They did fix my order and I do appreciate it the food is good as always. Just the smart remarks from customer service we’re not appropriate."

"The food was well presented and the staff was very helpful in assisting us with the details of the menu. Although the place was very comfortable and we'll cleaned I believe the expectations from when you first walked in were not met. The meals were small and not filling. The prices seemed great at first until you get your plate and see how small the portions are when you receive your plate. You can't help but think it's over priced for the amount you get. So overall the food was good just not filling and a very small portion for the prices."
