"Worst fast food place in town. Constantly getting orders wrong, staff is always rude, a pothole the size of the andromeda galaxy at the end of the drive thru that is unavoidable. I can’t count the number of positive experiences I’ve had here but it’s got to be very close to zero."

"Not sure what is going on at this location in the last 6 months. Almost always have to pull around and park to wait for your order now - which is up to 20 minutes. Orders are consistently wrong - and just absurdly small. Like the bean burritos are literally half the size of a normal burrito. We’ll keep driving to Prince Frederick until this location figures it out. Used to be the best location in CC - not sure what went wrong."

"My biggest complaint is the corners they cut. When they first opened they’d only put a tiny dab of sour cream at the edge on a supreme taco. Giving you one bite of a supreme taco. The loaded nacho fries I just ordered had about 8 fries. The nachos bell grande we ordered had about half the toppings I’d normally expect. When I order on the app in evenings I’m constantly being asked to wait for my food out front in the lot. Making matters worse several times I’d pull up and employees were just “hanging out” on the grass area between the store and drive thru (but I have been seeing this a lot less lately). All of this is fixable. To me it reeks of a franchise owner who doesn’t care enough to hire enough qualified people in the evenings- and thinks so little of customers that we get short changed on food. Instead it’s run by a bunch of high school boys who could care less about work ethic"

"On November 18th at 9:46 PM I visited this Taco Bell location. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with barely any chicken and half melted cheese, I also ordered Nacho Fries which were so incredibly soggy and cold. Only good item was the Baja Blast and that takes no effort. I overheard them on the intercom saying disrespectful slurs. There has also been a previous time where I could see what looked like workers outside boxing with customers in the drive through!!!! Management needs to step up and future these obnoxious teenage workers they have."

"Food is always great here buttttt it is run by a bunch of teenage boys. Went to drive thru and they went to joke about how there is a 20 minute wait. Then didn’t proceed to ask me about my order. After a long day I just want Taco Bell. I’ll be going to the one all the way in Prince Frederick from now on. I just wish there was professional nice people working at this Dunkirk one instead of clueless, unprofessional Boys!"
