"We used to really like this place prior to Covid. Since then, they frequently have to reschedule appointments. My boys were last seen a year ago because the cancelled the last 2 appointments. There have been times we have gone and have been told they didn't have a dentist but assured us they would look over the x-rays and notes another day so the hygienist could still do the cleaning. I don't recommend them until they can get their act together."

"If you have the option to take your child somewhere else unlike me due to insurance please do. This place is an absolute nightmare to schedule with. I waited over a year for my kid to be seen because they canceled his appointment twice abruptly. Then once you finally get in there the young receptionist upfront treat you with nothing but disrespect. Quite frankly she had no idea what she was doing and with that attitude should not be working with children. Once you are seen it’s like you are an inconvenience even though a regular cleaning shouldn’t take 2 hours. His appointment was at 9:30 for a checkup and cleaning and we left at 11:30. Their affiliated surgery center is even more obnoxious. Just do your kid a favor if you can and go anywhere else."

"Quick, was in and out. The kids love this place. Not rating 5 stars because my appointment was canceled twice. 1/25/24 once again cancelled doctor called in sick, was not notified by text or call."

"Do your kids a favor and don’t go here. They cancel your appointments with very short notice and then attempt to reschedule for 6 months later. We were 7 minutes late tonight due to uncontrollable traffic. They refused to see our children and there were no kids or parents in the waiting room. This was our last straw with this dentist as our kids have been coming here for YEARS and no grace was given. Let’s be honest. It’s kind of ghetto and they don’t even let you go back with your young kids. Kids that are 4+ years old go back without their parents. Don’t waste your time and find a more caring, family oriented dentist. This is not the place."
