"Fair prices. Don’t work with many insurance plans. I wasn’t aware that the first visit was a consultation only. I booked an emergency appointment due to a broken tooth and I was in a lot of pain… Which is crazy since the dentist looked at my teeth for 5 mins max. He didn’t really tell me all what he saw. If I didn’t ask about possibly saving my tooth, idk if he would have told me anything. I was there for 3 hrs between the waiting room, X-rays, seeing the dentist, waiting again to work with the practice manager, then I finally found out what was supposed to be my care plan. They had to have another appointment scheduled 3 days out to resolve my problem… thankfully someone cancelled and I got in earlier. Definitely not a fan of the customer service provided. The dental work itself was pretty painless."

"This was my first time at Aspen Dental. I had the most wonderful experience working with Amore' the x-ray technician, she was kind and patient. Then I saw Dr. Williams and Odessey his assistant. They were down to earth and he confirmed what I knew already what was going on with my teeth. Medelina the office manager was very knowledgeable about what and how I could get the work done that I needed to have done. And Amanda was patient and kind even when I accidently bit her finger. Over all, I was very pleased with my experience there today. Thanks everyone, I really appreciated the excellent service I received."

"Wow.. I don’t know how anyone could have anything negative to say. They were prompt, considerate, compassionate, and flexible. I called, and had an appointment the next day. I had a consult earlier that day with another dentist that really depressed me. The price and the entire experience made me want to just go home, and skip my Aspen Dental appt. I’m so glad I didn’t. The dentist, and hygienist I met with today were probably the nicest dentist I have ever met, and I’ve met a lot! He was very honest, and is giving me back something that will change my life. My smile. On terms I can handle, and a timeline that’s better than anyone else’s. The coordinator was amazing too! She was extremely helpful in figuring everything out and communicating with me. She was able to get be back in just a few days later. I’m so glad I went to Aspen Dental!"
