"I have been going to Dental Dreams for about 10 years. Everyone is so very kind in the office and treated myself and daughter very well. I have given their information to friends to go to Dental Dreams! The place is clean and they have seen me several times on an emergency basis, getting me in that day or the next according to my schedule. And when it comes to children, they were fantastic when my daughter was younger, knowing how nervous children can be in a strange place. "I called on a Tuesday for a general cleaning right before Christmas break and they gave me an appointment the very next day for Wednesday at 12pm. Clean office, staff was ok. I arrived 15 minutes early, filled out my paperwork. I overheard the receptionist say that they were “down one chair,” then made an announcement that they were down two chairs after I’d waited over the 40 mins. It would’ve been kinda just a nice courteous gesture to let us know upon arrival."

"Waited 6 months for a initial appointment. The staff did not communicate at all what they were doing, the dentist did not introduce himself when he came in, I honestly thought he was a technician coming to clean my teeth. The “cleaning” was just done with water, no flossing, no brushing, did not count my teeth or communicate anything about my X-rays or teeth health in any form. When he finished, the lady “assisting” him said I was done and that she would walk me out, when I asked if I’d see a dentist or if I had any cavities or anything like that, she responded with a very rude attitude and did not offer any help to ease any of my concerns. She tossed my folder at the woman at the front desk and said “she probably won’t be rescheduling”. Obviously not with that attitude! I’ve been to many dentists in my life and this was by far my worst experience! Long wait time, no communication, didn’t even do a thorough job and skipped just about every step. Just awful. Do not go here! I had to floss my own teeth when I got in my car to leave because they felt dirty and grainy afterwards since they didn’t even bother to brush them or floss. Ridiculous!"

"I absolutely love coming here. Everything is always explained so well to me about every thing that ever goes on. Jen at the front desk is always always very kind and welcoming. She makes sure everything is exactly the way it needs to be and it’s very much appreciated. The dentist is amazing and very gentle and listens to any concerns or questions you may have. Everyone is on top of their game here and I don’t ever wish to go to another dentist office if I can ever help it."
