"Same rude lady in the Jaime Lopez We were coming from working all day since 7 in the morning It was 8:30 PM A crew of 7 people. We all ordered 7 foot long in total When it was time of my sandwich this lady had wrapped without any sauce, because she said I was talking to the other guys Instead of asking me what sauces I want Second: I went to the bathroom, it was locked. I asked this lady to give me the key, she said the bathroom was cleaned and if I used it I will have to clean it. I told her, the bathroom is intended for its purpose and it will be never be hundred percent clean She denied the bathroom Try to call subway customer service, i have tried to call store manager, they don’t have nobody This lady should not be serving food for people, she treats customers like pigs. No customer service skills. No education Making sandwiches shouldn’t be enough for them to hire someone. Customers deserve respect"

"This place has the worse customer service in the area, I stop by to eat and this woman that they call la mamá, was having actitud to serve the food and I asked why she had attitude and said that she was too busy serving the food. I told her that she need to leave the bad actitud in home and she started to say bad words to me and as I was leaving the place I her she said your fxxxx Mother in spanish. Not coming back here again."

"Wearing face mask I went in and placed an order for 2 foot longs. One person made both subs. Service was fast. Subs were perfect! This isn't my regular location but they had the $5 sale. Worth driving a couple of extra miles. Will come again!"

"Waited for 4 minutes while in the store and it was only myself. He was so into making an online order, he didn't see me enter. He basically said he would be with me shortly after he finished his last sandwich and he did not. I had to say something to him and even began to walk out before he stopped to do what I needed and that was, serve me. He was lazy and didn't want to go back to retrieve what was needed to be refilled so I threatened to leave again. The only reason why I remained after waiting was because my best friend and daughter also wanted a sub. We got 3 sandwiches and I made up in my mind while there, I will not support that location again."

"All the staff at this location are very friendly make great sandwiches. Not many places in this area have great customer service, this Subway is one of the rare exceptions. It also needs pointing out that there's hardly any wait here, service is fast. On top of all the above, they keep the place clean at all times."
