"I have thought long and hard about this review.....I have had a HORRIBLE experience with Leslie's cooperate customer service. Truly terrible, would not even pick up the phone to call me. Leslie's website listed a 3 year FULL warranty under my pool package online when I purchased it. Since my complaint, they have changed it to a 2 year full warranty under the ENTIRE PACKAGE listing. BUT BEWARE, even that is not the case! My pump and filter BOTH were defective and broken 13 months after purchasing my pool. ERIKA, Mt Holly's manager, assisted my by contacting Leslie's cooperate office to assist me. They advised they only provided warranties through the manufacturer who I contacted next. The manufacturer only offers a 1 year warranty. I went back to Leslie's since THEY ADVERTISED A THREE YEAR FULL WARRANTY. ERIKA helped fight cooperate with me to get me what I deserved. Cooperate refused to help me. ERIKA and the Cinnaminson Leslie's manager along with their district manager MADE SURE I had a fair deal getting a new pump and filter set up for me pool. Not only did the Mount Holly store accept my defective pump and filter as a defective return over a year after purchase, they gave me a discount on a better set up. Thank you so much Erika and team, for truly providing excellent customer service even when Leslie's as a whole would not stand behind you."

"What a difference from 3 years ago. Half the time I show up, the store is closed and a sign in the window….have to drive another 20 min to Medford. The staff is either complaining to each other about how the place is run or watching CSI videos on their phones while testing my water….I guess next season I need to find another store."

"Parking is TERRIBLE, establishment is presentable (open/organized), the employees are knowledgeable, VERY precise with educating consumers about their product and the prices may be higher, but their local with good hours. The chemical cocktails will work "as long as you follow the steps given at the time of purchasing the product.""
