"Stopped by shop to pick up parts for old bmx bike. Service was great. They had the parts needed and explained how to replace bearings. Really appreciate their help and service. Highly recommend. Thanks"
"The owner is great very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are great very reasonable I purchase all bike accessories and tools from here. Great store stop in and check it out 2022 bikes are in stock and the look sweet!!!"
"Andy is great. Politely answered my questions over the phone. I dropped my bike off for some minor repairs and a tune up. I was very pleasantly surprised when he called me the next day to tell me the bike was ready for pick up. The bike looks and rides like new. And he charged a reasonable price. I drove a little bit farther than I normally would have but I'm glad I did for the great customer service. This place is going to be my new go-to. Really happy I found a bicycle shop that I can depend on for polite, thorough, and affordable service."
"I wish I could give it 5 stars but I can't. I live close by and I was really looking forward taking my bike to this shop since i'd heard so much about it. I pass by it all the time. A while back I dropped my bike off with a gentlemen who was helping out the owner for some general repairs (He said it was okay to leave it there). The day I picked up my bike , I'm not sure if the gentlemen (I think he was the owner) had a bad day but he was not very friendly at all. I tried to ask questions about the work that was done but he would only give me one word answers with no eye contact. I wasn't even given any paperwork that indicated what work was done. He didn't seem want me there at all. I paid and left wondering what I did to deserve that treatment. I was a first time customer but I don't think I will return. The work it self was fine, but I did not feel wanted as a customer."
"The owner is garbage, I came all the way down from Philadelphia to be sold the wrong size parts so the following day I came to exchange them out for the right ones and he refused to give them to me without me paying him when it is his responsibility to sell me the right size parts in the first place. In my opinion I would say take your bike to Walmart because at least you’ll get customer service rather than annoying this guy for asking for three minutes of his time. I’m a super big member of the BMX community and I’ve never been treated with such disrespect at a bike shop, he hasn’t an idea of what he’s doing at all especially regarding customer service this guy could not care less. Not to mention you might be greeted at the door with his son ready to hit you all in all I would give this job zero stars but Google only allows me to give him one this place sucks"
