"Mitchell Mullen is not my attorney however he represents my ex, and has been his attorney for the past four or five years. We share a 12 year old son. Since approximately 2018, Mr. Mullen and I have met dozens of times. It is worth noting, that I have a cousin who is a Judge. She had nothing but great things to say about Mr. Mullen, she claimed he was a great lawyer, well, respected, etc. I understand that he is not my attorney, that he represents , my sons father . Issue that I have, and what I take offense to that Mr. Mullen is a liar. This is not a difference of opinion, or not seeing eye to eye. I have watched this attorney multiple times lie under oath. The first time I saw this I was shocked! I remember thinking there must be some mistake … sadly, that was not the case. I understand that to Mr. Mullins money talks. But I never imagined someone to be so manipulative in a court of law! I have tried to no avail, to reach Mr. Miullen on the phone , by email, and I leaving dozens of messages with the secretary. I know. Mr. Mullen has made it clear time, and time again that he has no interest in me, or my 12-year-old son Sadly, it seems all this man cares about, is making money, and if people, children in particular, are hurt in meantime, then, so be it. I do not wish to tarnish this man’s reputation, but I feel compelled to share this, so that not one more woman or child has to deal with this man. His unprofessionalism is astounding. Beginning in May, the end of July I literally called his office every day. Every single day. He refused to come to the phone, thankfully he secretary was kind enough to send me the letter that I needed. in my experience, Mr. Mullen is not a fan of women, does not respect them, and couldn’t care less what happens to my son. The idea that he would knowingly lie to a judge on Monday, September 18, and by today, Thursday, I produce the letter that he wrote, and his handwriting stating exactly what he swore in front of a judge he “had no idea what I was talking about”. I pray that this man does not have a wife or children, because I would never want them to feel the way he has made me feel. speaking on my case. Specifically, he knows that there is a history of domestic violence, or his client has on numerous occasions attacked me. And what does Mr. Mullen do? Call me a liar, even though I have the police reports. I feel there is a right way and a wrong way to deal with things, and for whatever reason, Mr. Mullen decided that embarrassing me and calling me names was appropriate. Again, this is not a case of Mr. Mullen just believing his clients, he knows the truth, and chooses to ignore it to line his pockets. I can’t think of anything more despicable. He is aware that my son’s father is stalking me, taking pictures of me without my knowledge. And does he tell his client to stop?? No. For these and a whole host of other issues, I feel that Mr. Mullen should be disbarred until investigation clears him of any wrongdoing. Furthermore, Mr. Mullen is aware that my son is being alienated from me , and he is also aware that my son is being physically abused. I always thought that lawyers had an obligation to report things like this. I am writing this so that everyone can read that on Thursday, September 21, 2023. I am being abused by an ex partner of mine. My son is being abused. So many people in a position to change it, have chosen to look the other way. All the signs are there all of the red flags, but if we’re being honest, no one cares! So I say this.: if my son‘s father kills me, or hurts, my son, please, please now with that Mitchell Mullen is responsible. He is allowing an abuser to hide in plain sight. I don’t know how you sleep at night, sir"
