"What I do not understand is how her commercial seems to cater towards African Americans however when you are speaking to her, African Americans are instantly greeted rudely and told their case can be represented on their own. There is a reason why folks are contacting you ma'am. They want and need your expertise. I get that some lawyers don't want to bother with a case because it's not "The Big Case" however in your advertisement you make it seem as though you have open arms for all cases. You recently turned down a VP of a Huge company located in Manhattan. Money is no bother however she felt disgusted that she put all other attorney's aside waiting for you to come back from vacation to experience a rude call as if her case is a waste of time and as if her money isn't good enough at your firm.
