This is besides the point the only reason we went to this store was because my usual pool supply store was out of stock with the part I needed at the moment. We prepaid for our pool to be opened by this company & every time we call to schedule it the guy who does the scheduling is either out, or just walked out. Our phone calls are also never returned.
