"I placed an order using my Popeyes app and the order came out relatively fast compared to other Popeyes I’ve been to. The food came out fresh and really tasty! The ghost wings are surprisingly delicious and not too spicy. Rice beans are good, the fries are ok and the mash potatoe is always a good side to order."

"Very rude manager-Stephanie. I returned home to find they had forgotten to pack my ghost pepper wings and another dessert item but they had not forgotten to charge me for it. I came back and was nice about letting them know they had already charged me when they tried to charge me again after just seeing me 15 min before. It’s annoying having to go back but they didn’t apologize or offer any sort of refund. A bit upset by the standoffish atmosphere I asked if I could get a couple strawberry biscuits for the trouble of having to return. I received a rude and abrupt no without an explanation just attitude. I don’t expect much but I did expect better than this. Customer service is a very low priority here. Check your bags"

"Very cheap and tasty! It's probably my favorite chicken fast food place chain out there. The only problem is that pretty much everything (including the cajun fries) has trans fats... Making it unhealthy! I know it's more the brand's problem rather than the place itself, but I'll be weighting it in on this review regardless."
