"I was happy with my new doctor. It was my first time at the Randallstown office. The lady sitting at window 4 was extremely rude and yelled at me a few times asking could she help me as I showed her my lab work paper. All she yelled was “CAN I HELP YOU” and from her seat with the window closed. She never said come around to her window but I finally figured out I had to go around. My first time in the office and I had to deal with her bad attitude as I was extremely sick and weak. I was use to Kaiser and the ease of how they operate, not the chaos and messy office as well as unprofessional people. I walked to the pharmacy window as I waited to be called for labs and I broke down crying because I couldn’t understand the treatment I received from window 4. She laughed and made fun of me with co workers and all of them in that office laughed at me and showed me a bad attitude. I couldn’t stop crying. I waited 3 hours to from the time I got there and seen by a doctor, so labs and then get some meds. It was so uncomfortable being there. I didn’t say anything because I was too weak at the time to complain and frustrated. The security guard didn’t say or do anything but he was friendly with the people in the office. The pharmacist said the lady is usually nice and she was sorry I was treated badly and that she didn’t understand what was happening over there. I sat and cried until I got my prescriptions filled and left. I completely broke down when I got home. I am dealing with a lot and could have used a positive experience instead of being berated in front of others because I didn’t know the process at that office and no one told me. I really don’t want to go back there, but it took so long to find a doctor and I need one right now."

"Colleen Roach and her MA Danielle Chambers are both awesome. Danielle always takes care of me and make me feel welcomed. She is very thorough with her work ethic. Shes friendly and very knowledgeable. Colleen always listens to the problems I have and help come up with healthy solutions. She never makes my visit feel rushed she takes her time to hear me and understand what I need. I never leave my visits feeling unsatisfied. If more doctors MA’s and nurse practitioners were like them people would probably feel better with connecting with their providers. I’m blessed to have such an awesome team to care for me."
