SUPER happy with not only the quality and timeliness of the work done, but the responsiveness with ay questions that come with being a new pool owner! Will be using Kevin moving forward. "Terrible service. Was with them 5 years and initially service was superb. Then they replaced my pool filter installing a brand new one without adding the filter medium (stuff that traps dirt etc). When they pool wasn't filtering well they told me I needed weekly service instead of bi-weekly doubling my cost. This went on for two swim seasons until I fired them and brought another company in that informed me there was no media in the filter. Also they allegedly ordered a part to fix my waterfall pump but over a year later I haven't received it or an explanation or order invoice to show they ever even ordered it. Would give zero stars but I have to give at least one to post the review."

"Was referred by my warranty company. Put call in on May 16. Says he showed up at my house June 8 and “ordered part”. Never heard from again. My warranty company said no part was every ordered as they give approval. I had to follow up every week. Now July 6 and no part. Had to get new contractor come out. Poor communication. Would not recommend"
