Reviews
"Going to the dentist, get a filling, and then leaving a five star review was not on my 2024 bingo card, but here we are. The office staff is nice and extremely efficient in correcting errors, rescheduling appointments, and processing payments. The hygienist was a little rough and only did manual scaling and not the ultrasonic, so I was not impressed with their cleaning practices. However, the dentist is extremely experienced and efficient and filled a cavity that I had in less than 15 minutes. Dental work is uncomfortable, so the more efficient the dentist can be to minimize the time in my mouth, the better."
"Dr. Parker himself is a knowledgeable and respectable professional. However, the way this office runs is just way more chaotic than you can't imagine. They would cancel your appointment at the last minute with excuses like "Doctor is having a trip" or "hygienist quit" and put you on an appointment six months later without any effort trying to make things right. The worst part is when questioning why a hygienist leaving their job would end up canceling an appointment that's scheduled the very next day, instead of at least the general 2-week notice time, their front desk's refuse to admit they dropped the ball by not calling earlier, and respond, "It happens to everyone on the list, and it's not just you," such an irresponsible and petty way of handling patient relations is the worst nightmare even the most reputable dentist would not cost. Our family and friends used here for some time and decided to switch to other responsible places."
"Never go to this clinic; everyone at this clinic completely disregards customers and lacks responsibility. The first time I came to this clinic for an examination, they took X-rays of my teeth and told me that my wisdom teeth had all grown in and needed to be extracted. They also mentioned that a teeth cleaning appointment would have to be scheduled for the following year. As a result, I decided to switch to another clinic. I sent an email to this clinic requesting them to transfer my dental records to the new clinic. They didn't respond until I called them, at which point they emailed me a transfer form. However, they still didn't send my dental records to the new clinic. Later, I moved to a new state and emailed them once again, asking for my dental records. This time, they surprisingly said that there would be a fee to provide them. I called to inquire, and they stated that this had always been their policy. At the time, my teeth were infected, and I chose not to argue, so I paid the fee. Nevertheless, they still didn't send my dental records. I sent another email requesting my dental records, and after several days, they finally sent a partial image. I emailed them once more, asking for the complete records, and after several days, they finally sent them. However, I have no permissions to download or print the photos from my dental record, leaving me unable to access my own images. To make matters worse, the email containing my dental record will expire within a week. I'm not sure if it's because I'm of Asian descent, but if that's the case, it only further underscores the abysmal nature of this dental clinic. I received incredibly unfair treatment at this clinic. If you're looking for a positive experience, I would strongly advise against visiting this clinic."
"After my appointment, I knew then why I was so easily able to get a same day appointment. Dr. Parker's bedside manner is highly inappropriate. He made multiple "ethnic" jokes. He did not tell me what he was going to do he just went right in. I had a tooth extracted. He just started jamming the novocaine needle into my gums with out any warning. As the procedure went further I was expressing clear signs of discomfort and pain, of which he chalked up to nerves (even though I clarified that it was not nerves). At one point I had to push the doctor away and ask for a breather. He was so rough and nonchalant about the procedure I ended up being sent into a panic attack and was visibly shaking and distraught and he just yelled at me and said I needed to cooperate. I left the office crying and I am concerned I may develop issues in the healing process because of how rough he was. His nurses were oddly quiet in a way that seemed like they too were uncomfortable with Dr. Parker and this was obvious immediately. He was highly distracted during the procedure, leaving to crack jokes with other patients and he did the whole procedure with the doors wide open."
"Best dentist! Second time saving me from excruciating pain. I have terrible dental anxiety from a childhood experience, the office makes you feel so comfortable. I had an extraction today without nitrous. That is big for me! Very minimal pain after also! Thank you again!"
