"I've always been told root canals are extremely painful and when I was told I needed a root canal my anxiety went through the roof. I expressed my concern and anxiety with the staff and Dr. Reddy yesterday when I went in for my first root canal. Let me tell you, the staff and Dr. Reddy we're amazing. They asked me how I was doing through out the entire process and it felt wonderful to know they cared how I was doing. The worst part of the entire process were the needles to get numb . After that, it was a breeze, no pain at all! I wouldn't call the procedure a pleasure by any means, but compared to what I thought it would be, it certainly was.
