"Medicaid patients Maryland Healthy Smiles be careful with this one she double dips she claims you have to pay for certain services that are fully covered she did it to me and she did it to another person don't worry I reported her. If she does it to you please report her so they can revoke her Dentistry license. Update beware.. she's very unprofessional and she will take advantage I reported it to my insurance company because she charged me for a service that they fully covered. So in other words she got paid twice once by me and ones by the insurance company unless of course they revoked the payment. Poor bedside matter worse dentist I've ever been to In My Life."

"This was by far one of the worse experiences I have ever had in a dentist office. I waited over an hour, the office clearly booked more patients than the staff could handle. They told me i needed scans but notified me of the price AFTER the scans were made. Usually new dentist office notifies you in advance and you have a chance to get your scans sent over. She told me the price after the scans were made. All of a sudden none of the previous fill ins in my mouth are any good and I need a wisdom tooth pulled (no pain or issues previously). Worse cleaning experience I've ever had. It was super painful and i spit out nothing but blood after. It felt like the doctor was rushing. Brushed my teeth so hard and fast and kept stabbing my gums with her other tool. After 30+ years of dental cleanings I have never been so uncomfortable in my life. I had to make her stop. Instead of consoling me she made it seem like it was my fault the cleaning was so painful...Doctor then rushed out no follow up thank you for coming or anything. This was my first and last visit. I do not recommend this doctor."

"I needed urgent dental care. I was given a quick booking and great costumer service. The doctor is competent and has great bedside manners. The staff members are kind and helpful. I don’t like visiting the dentist, but I will be going back to this doctor for upkeep and care."

"I drove 45 minutes here because I was told over the phone that my insurance was accepted. After an hour and a half wait and a $25 copay I was finally told (in the chair) that I would need to pay the full price for an x-ray that was needed and two wisdom teeth extractions, mind you I have Maryland Medicaid. It was as if I had no insurance and when I asked why I would need to pay for an x-ray I was told "you only get one x-ray covered for every 3 years unless you are under 20" (again, I have Medicaid. I shouldn't have to pay anywhere near the full amount of $750+). I also had to pay the $25 for review of my x-rays for 2 minutes. Horrible experience, horribly handled. Very low on staff from what I saw as well."

"From the Eastern Shore and couldn't find an oral surgeon or even a dentist that accepted my insurance AmeriGroup. Spoke with Dr. Awofolu who said she did and made an appointment. Went to office on November 27, 2018 and had 5 abscess teeth removed. I could not get an appointment anywhere even if I were to pay out of pocket. She was wonderful and quite painless. I would refer her to anyone and she has seen me for follow up and even referred me to a good place for a partial. Thank you Dr. Omoteniola Awofolu and your staff."
