"I originally gave a 5 star review after my first appointment, but I'm changing it to 3 stars. Note: I don't usually give critical reviews, so I hope this review is taken as constructive criticism that can be used for the better. My intention here is to be transparent with my experience at this dental office. I think the dentist that saw me and the staff are all good people, and this is not a judgement on anyone. Pros: The office is immaculately run. The staff is efficient, friendly, helpful, and seem to really enjoy working there. They'll get you in for an appointment without delay and will follow up with you quickly. Truly, I love the staff here - they're great. Cons: When it comes to actually being seen by the dentist, the efficiency quickly shifts to rushing through things. I went in for some cavities and ended up getting three cavities worked on, except the most obvious, big one that didn't even get noticed until I pointed it out. I also felt incredibly rushed to get work done, both in terms of actually agreeing to procedures and how quickly they were done. I also felt pressured right from the beginning to get Invisalign, which, though I 100% know that I need it, I also need them less than I need a cavity filled. When I went to another dentist for a second opinion, I also found out that one of my front veneers has a pocket that also needs to be filled, something the dentist noticed just by taking a few extra minutes to thoroughly inspect my teeth. At Naylors they missed it. I suspect that it's because they relied mostly on x-rays, which is fine, but apparently the x-rays missed things. Conclusion: I would recommend this office for emergency care, for patients that can advocate for themselves right off the bat, and who can explain exactly what they need to get done ("I have a cavity that needs to be cleaned and filled on X tooth"). I also suggest asking for estimates before you get anything done - I didn't and got bamboozled with a ~ $400 co-pay that I hadn't been told about prior to being seen. I don't recommend this office to patients that want a thorough dental exam, that expect their dentist to spend a lot of time walking them through procedures and explaining them in detail, or that are going to the dentist for the first time."

Needless to say she told me about them with a good report, so called and signed up as a New Patient too.
