"I will never go back. 3 days ago they rolled down the security screen in my face for lunch (lunch hours are not listed on their website). Tonight I returned, and despite having received notification days ago that my prescription is ready, it wasn't. They asked me to return in 20 minutes. I did my grocery shopping, checked out, took it to the car, and returned at least 30 minutes later. Still not ready. I will say that the person working at the register was not at fault - it was all on the pharmacist."
"Do not use this pharmacy. The line is always 50 minutes long, and once you get to the checkout, they'll tell you that your medicine isn't ready yet. Horrible, rude pharmacists too. Went through the line twice just for them to tell me my medicine wouldn't be available for another week after I called it in a week prior. I've never had a good experience at this pharmacy in my 20 years on this Earth, and I doubt that will ever change. Just go to Walgreens, please..."
"I went to pick up a Rx in the pm which had been called in in the am and had been confirmed by phone that it would be ready. When I got there it was not ready and I was told they were working on it. So, I did a little grocery shopping and went back half hour later. I was told they were still working on it. Now, I was a pharmacy technician for a number of years and we would get a prescription ready when someone was there to pick up in 15 mins. I waited a total of 2 hours before I got anything. Then I wanted to buy a Covid test which they advertised as being covered by some insurance companies only to be told that if I did want to go this route rather than pay, the technician would have to type in all my details!!!!! Very bad customer service. Very unprofessional."
"Do not use this Pharmacy. After standing in dropoff line for approximately 54 minutes (that's just when I statted counting), i was told they close at 7pm and order would be filled the next day. I explained my that i was picking up my uncle's medication and he had a procedure at the Heart Hospital completed that day so the medication was needed to be taken after. He is a candidate for a heart transplant. So after being at the Heart Hospital all day, driving back from Norfolk then an additional 35min to pick up his prescriptions to get NOTHING. DO NOT use this pharmacy, poor customer service."
"This was the worst experience of any pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I have RSD, one of the most painful chronic pain diseases known to man that is quite rare. I get my pain medication, an authorized prescription from my pain management doctor, every month. My usual pharmacy did not have enough in stock to fill it, so they sent me to Walmart pharmacy in Onley, VA. They took ALL of my information, my insurance, my ID, and told me there would be a 45 minute wait. I live 40 miles away, I had to wait. In extreme pain, I waited outside of the noisy store for more than a half hour, waited in line hunched over my cane for another 15 minutes, to be told it would be another half hour. Twenty more minutes later, the pharmacist told me they could NOT fill the Rx as I had not had a prescription filled there in over a year. An hour and a half in mind-numbing pain only to be told they could not fill an authorized prescription from a pain specialist. Why couldn't they have told me they couldn't fill it when they initially took my information? They put me through one of the most painful experiences for nothing. Their staff is not only incompetent, but rude and uncaring. Walmart in general is a nightmare to shop in, I refuse to shop there because of their poor customer service, the store layout, lack of stock, etc. But the pharmacy is the worst. I will never use another corporate pharmacy, especially this place who has absolutely no compassion nor courtesy for patients."
