"Ordered a steak quesadilla (which is an app only menu item) on my way home from an 11 hr shift, just to find when i got home that there was no steak. And as well all know steak is a more pricey menu item so of course it extremely disappointing when you don't get what you paid for. And their chat support is awful. They aren't even worth communicating with. This hasnt been the first time my order was messed up. But its the first time i finally tried to stand up and get a bad order rectified, and still not have it fixed. And not to mention the past few times i ordered, the portion sizes have become close to half of what they usually are. Its very disappointing."
