"Food was slower than it should have been. Our drink was advertised with pink cotton candy and came out with a white ball that was tiny. $15.99 for a chicken tender platter that came with 4 small tenders and barely a handful of fries. Basically a kids meal for almost $20. The breakfast food was decent and what I would stick to ordering in the future but it was slow and food orders got mixed up."

"Service was great, so no complaints there. Especially for a slow night during the holidays, our waitress was very accommodating. The food was mid to bad. I had no idea the pricing was that high for food that was lower quality than Denny's. Pancakes weren't terrible if you want something sweeter and the breakfast options (eggs and potato) were solid enough. I wouldn't recommend much else. 2.5/5 stars"

However, I have to mention that the reception at this particular IHOP was not as welcoming as I had hoped. When I entered the restaurant, I expected a warm and friendly greeting, but unfortunately, the reception I received was rather lackluster. The host seemed disinterested and did not make an effort to provide a friendly atmosphere. This initial impression dampened my enthusiasm a bit, as I believe a warm welcome can greatly enhance the overall dining experience On the other hand, once seated, the rest of my experience was quite enjoyable. The waitstaff was attentive and efficient, promptly taking my order and serving my food in a timely manner. The menu offered a diverse range of breakfast and lunch options, and I was particularly impressed with the quality of the food. The pancakes were fluffy and flavorful, and the egg were cooked to perfection."

"First time eating here since they opened. Building was clean, food was delicious and great portions, service was excellent and the entire experience was great. It was after church so we did wait a few minutes for a table but that was no problem. We will be going again in the future."

"Lovely 9am breakfast. The crepes are 10.49 and you get a second order for free - Opening Special. Trisha welcomed us and found us a window booth. Heather pleasantly told us of the specials and took our order. The food was tasty and beautifully plated. Riley chatted with us. We enjoyed our meal and we’ll visit again."
