"They managed to pinpoint the cause of my car vibrating on acceleration that other auto shops I’ve been to have not. Was never pressed to get certain parts replaced. Car runs great now like when I just bought it. I was surprised to get a goodie bag with snacks/candy when checking out. 10/10"

"I’m very disappointed to make this review however I hope future visitors will have transparency when visiting this shop. I believe this shop has great customer service and detailed reports however I’ve come to find they overdiagnose issues with vehicles, and overprice/have expensive services and parts for basic necessities. I took my car 20 mins out to another shop and was quoted less than half the price for basic needs such as changing spark plugs ( about $400 at this shop and only $100 at another). A diagnosis at this shop for my engine light was about $200 total, oddly I guess because they did a full inspection I did not ask for, I only needed the engine light diagnosis. I understand quality is important but I also believe customers have the right to fair prices/transparency at the same time."
