I would previously get my car serviced on weekends, but once I was informed that it’s best to go during the weekday I adjusted accordingly. I dropped off my car Monday before heading to work and I was able to pick it up the same day. "This is the best Audi dealership I’ve ever been to. My customer service representative was Evelyn. She checked me in so quickly and walked me around the facility since it was my first time there. When the mechanic was finishing up on my car, he sent me a link with a video explaining what he did and any recommendations. It was so easy to checkout on my phone and pay for the service. The car washing team was not there so Evelyn washed my car herself and vacuumed. That is great customer service! I just wish this location and snacks!"
