"if i could give a zero i would. where do i even start… i only settled for this dentist because he was one of the only ones in town that accepted my insurance. This place is so confusing to find and is basically in a basement of a building. The office is musty, outdated, and not welcoming. The dentist is not personable and made me very uncomfortable just by his vibe. I went in for a cleaning and to find out how many cavities i have. He also acted like he didn’t know why I was there and then proceeded to clean my teeth very fast and very roughly. It was just him and i in the room, no hygienists to assist in my teeth cleaning. He also told me i had 6 cavities, but a second opinion said only 3. i ended up going back to my old dentist and paid out of pocket and they said to stay away from that dentist and told me stories past patients have told them. Do not go here"
"I'd give a zero if I could. The building stinks like mildew, the office smelled like spoiled food, it's cold in there, the receptionist is condescending, another patient said wow what a b word, and the dentist....completely unprofessional. No way was that guy touching my kid."
"This is probably going to be a long review but I'll keep it short- the receptionist is lovely, very friendly. The dentist is very unprofessional and not personable, he didn't acknowledge a single thing I said or question I had - he didn't even look at my teeth and immediately said i needed "several" pulled that do not need to be. He also didn't even make eye contact with me. I wouldn't waste your time here. I worked a twelve hour shift, waited 3 months to see the dentist - and achieved absolutely nothing aside from a waste of my time & gas."
"Highly recommend this office. Very understanding people. Easy to schedule and get in to see a doctor. You always get to see a dentist when you go. There is no unnessisay extra staff and flash about this place. This office is great."
"Wish I could give 0 stars. The receptionist is extremely nice but that's the only good thing I have to say about the place. A month ago I was told I had the option to be put to sleep to have a tooth pulled. My insurance does not cover that. He said if it was not covered he would pull my teeth. They made me another appointment for a month later. During the month I find out insurance won't cover me being put to sleep and this guy says that's the only option I have. I've seen broken teeth pulled without being put under on other people. Wasted my time. He could have told me a month ago that he would not do it and I would HAVE to pay to be put to sleep whether insurance covered it or not. No. He wanted to be paid for my 2 minute office visit to change his mind. He took extensive x-rays during the first visit he knew what the deal was and at first said he could pull it then and then decided I should check about being put to sleep. OK I checked and then when insurance wouldn't cover it I assumed he was telling the truth when he said he would pull the tooth. Now I've Waited a month for nothing I could have went else where a month ago if he would have told me this then. It's ridiculous you do not have to be put under to have a tooth pulled. At the first visit he assumed being in tears was from fear of the dentist even though I kept explaining that's how bad my pain was that it was making my eyes tear up. I got 4 pain pills to last this month. I hate that he is being paid for the waste of my time today. I had filling that need done as well but he wouldn't do those either. So why did I make this stupid appt?"
