"If I could I wouldn't even give them a star I had my 6yrs daughter bday them 12/10/23 The way we was treated because of us being African American is very unprofessional. The lady named Helen from the front desk made racial remarks gestures. Gestures even told us that we had to be out of the building at 2p Was very, very unwelcoming was dis respectful to my wife. I talked to the owner well city manager Nick. He told me there's nothing he could do about it. He'll take it into adviceyes for the next party. People have to see if he can make it better for them. My next thing is going to a lawyer. I am sorry. This was very unprofessional for a six-year-old birthday party. I will never in my life matter. Fact. My kid's life either. Come to any of your establishments. You are a known racist, a known racist town. I see that racism is still alive in 2023"
"I take my granddaughter to the pool all the time. The staff is friendly and helpful. The changing room and pool area is clean. The splash pad is nice size and lots of fun. The cost to get in is by far the cheapest I’ve found."
"It would be nice but, though lanes are roped off, patrons will play in them, disrupting lap swimming. Nobody, not the lifeguards or management, seems to care. Twice recently I went in to swim and decide whether I wanted to buy a pass, and both times my swimming was disrupted. The pool wasn't even crowded. Once I was asked to leave the lanes because some firemen came in to use them, so I did, and then the firemen just stood in a circle and talked. This would be a great place to go get some exercise if only anybody here cared. Also, old people come in and get in the pool in the morning. They stand there talking for hours and never seem to get out and go to the restrooms."
"The pool is usually pretty dirty and changing rooms need some attention as well as better hours. Last time I took my son there we arrived an hour and 5 minutes before they closed and they would not let us swim cause they were closing in a hour. I never understood why."
"Fun times where had. Great people and service very clean fun family atmosphere."
