"My mom and I drove up there and was doing progressive leasing went threw the entire store to then be told we couldn't do it unless I were to make an extra purchase of 150 dollars went home with nothing called progressive and they said the total of everything would be 150 dollars called big lots to let them know they said oh well it must have just changed even tought it hasn't was laughing on the phone asking well are you comming back up , No this was the manager . Had a very bad experience."

"Really great store, in my opinion. I feel like everything is kept stocked, I usually have a quick in and out trip, and the staff are always around if I were to need any assistant. There's a woman named Cheryl who is always so kind, helpful, and she does a great job with asking everyone if they would like to donate to a charitable cause (whatever that may be at the time.)"
