"If you decide to go in person, do not waste your time. The schedule that is posted at the website is a lie, they always 1 to 2 hours late. On Thursday august 25th I spoke with representative over the phone, so he told me to meet him Saturday august 27th between 9:00 AM to 4:00 Pm, so I decide to be there early, so I arrived at 9:30AM and no one was there, I waited till 11:10 AM and no one shows up. So do not waste your time believing schedule hours."

"This company is the worst insurance provider. I paid $600 a month. Every month they tried somehow to up charge me. The ladies who work their are very unprofessional will hang up the phone on you or not answer when you complain because they know what they are doing is wrong. I had a terrible experience , I would NOT EVER recommend this insurance broker they are scammers. They charged me for a fee they said they would waive. Worst customer service they said they could not lower my rate however I am now with GEICO paying $250."
