"I brought my car in for a Safety Recall from the manufacturer and Fitzgerald completed the work on the same day (for no charge, of course). Also, for no charge they completed a Multi-Point Safety Inspection and gave me the Inspection form with the results; plus they informed me of the manufacturer's service recommendations per the vehicle's mileage. No pressure, just information from a team of auto service professionals. Much appreciated."

"WARNING: ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GETTING AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CAN I took my car to get diagnosed for the $200 price where I was explained that even if i took it somewhere else for the repairs, i would still have to pay the $200 for the diagnose, which I agreed to. They then did an additional in depth diagnose service prior to my consent (i was NOT told about) which is an additional $400, assuming that I would go through my insurance. When i decided to go somewhere else for my repairs they charged me over $600 just for the second diagnosing of which I didn’t agree to. Also note, the $600 was just to tear down my car NOT to put it back together. I was also told I was able to drive my car off the lot by Mauricio and then told to come back two days later for that & they left the parts of my car, not in my engine but ON MY CAR SEATS. Come back on monday and they tell me i have to have it towed. Awful experience would not recommend, they’ll find any way to over charge you. I spoke to the manager and he said “my hands are tied”. Unable to get any help despite multiple visits to come to a resolution, and finally fed up, i paid the $600 for my car to be “torn down” (his words) & not put back together, tossing my car parts in my car EDIT TO RESPONSE: The tear down performed was in the estimate prior to insurance being contacted. I was only initially told only about the $200 diagnosis fee if i didn't decide to go ahead with you guys. I was told that nothing was done or started yet So, if i decided to go somewhere else, which i did, i should've been informed about the additional tear down fee if i decided not to proceed. There was no “closely working” with my insurance, I talked to my insurance. You guys just emailed the adjuster pictures and estimates. And again, I was going to be paying for it as well NOT just my insurance so not sure why my insurance is being brought up. At the end of the day I WAS GOING TO BE PAYING YOU GUYS NOT MY INSURANCE. I have no problems with my vehicle or my insurance my problem is with you guys contradicting yourselves and not informing me properly about things. It's obvious all the service center cares about is trying to get as much money as they can from somebody or their insurance. Since I went somewhere else even though you guys did nothing towards my vehicle except throw my spare parts inside my car, i was charged an additional $400 for that. if i was to go somewhere else i should've been informed of the additional charge."
"The work performed on my car was good, however I had an issue with the customer service aspect of this visit. I brought my car in around 12pm and my rep estimated a two hour wait time for car. I didn’t receive an update until I called around 6pm, and was notified the work was incomplete. When I arrived to pick up my car the next day, I had to wait 15 minutes to get an explanation of duplicate charges on my bill. In my opinion, this center is great for diagnosing issues and inspections, but I would recommend getting actual maintenance/repairs done elsewhere."
