"I'm very disappointed with the way Mr. Stephen Bauer handled my policy cancelation, he was very upset aboutit. I was a customer for over 10 years with multiple policies. Last month, I cancelled two of the seven policy with Erie and Mr. Bauer didn't have the decency to inform me that there was a balance on each policy. He sent the pending balances $215 & 295 to a collection company. Earlier today payment was made and hopefully it won't affect my credit.
