"I have been going to Dr. Smith's practice for 20 plus yeas and the service has always been outstanding due to the staff that makes up the Smile Team. In particular, I would like to compliment one of the Hygienist named Bisi, who is truly one of a kind. Bisi is very professional and truly knowledgeable at what she does and honestly the sweetest! She is the most meticulous, gentle and caring Hygienist ever. I've always been a scary cat when it came to dental work, but not anymore. She relieved my white coat syndrome with a smile and gentle touch. She does not waste any time during the cleaning process and does everything in an exemplary manner, including making sure that I'm comfortable and relaxed throughout the cleaning. If she senses that I'm becoming tense she gently calls my name and ask if I'm okay. Bisi personalizes my care by doing what it takes to make me comfortable..like using warm water for my sensitive teeth, numbing my gums in those sensitive areas, and providing a blanket when I'm cold. Every appointment is so painless that you don't even know you have been worked on other than having a clean bright smile at the end. I really can't say enough about her service because it's truly rare to find that kind of genuine service today. I appreciate the person she is and the job she does.
