Walgreens Pharmacy

"I worked at this pharmacy over 10 years ago, and it was great. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Now, this pharmacy is the definition of lackadaisical. God forbid if you ask them for a printout of your annual prescriptions filled. They give you a rude attitude. Whenever I need a prescription filled, I go to a pharmacy further away just so I don't have to deal with the nonsense that exists behind the counter of this pharmacy."

"This is quite possibly the worst pharmacy I've ever had to go through. The wait times for inside and outside are always ridiculous, even when you're the only person on the line! The pharmacy has had to partial-fill my medications several times because they don't have any in stock and have tried to charge me the full cost for each pick up. The staff are slow, apathetic and disinterested in their job. There is hardly ever any urgency to their actions, even with a line halfway down the store aisle. I've tried delivery once. The website claims 1-2 business days... Try 4-5! The location is so convenient for me so I've kept coming back but I am thoroughly through with this place."

"The rudest pharmacy staff. Time and time again, and this may be in part due to the fact that they’re also busy, but no excuse. Also do not try to call because you will be on hold for over an hour. Everyone is rude, from the pharmacist to the pharmacy techs. I really have nothing positive to say about this place. Having all my prescriptions transferred somewhere else."

"I wish i could give a negative 10. This is the most horrible walgreens in the entire world. How exactly do they want to be reached? You call to ask for the status of your medication and you are redirected to speak with a pharmacy. I was on hold for 53mins and when it was my turn, nobody picked. You walk in and you spend 2 hours in line just to confirm which medication is available, mind you i walk in because they NEVER pick the phone. I will advise people to go else where, its super FRUSTRATING. The annoying thing, you see people at the back walking up and down without minding the line. They need to be trained."

"Long Wait Time- In the past, I've picked up prescriptions here in the Evening. It is not uncommon to have a line 8 or 9 people long. 50% of the time, it takes them quite a while to find my prescription. I recently switched from picking up this medicine in the evening to the day time. Thinking it would be less busy. --My first attempt at this resulted in a short line (only about 3 people), but it still took ~15 minutes to get through the line. Today there was 3 people in line. I waited 35 minutes only to be told that my prescription was not in the system; and to call my Doctor. After calling my Doctor, Going to Walgreens Website, and verifying my text message- it was determined that my medicine was here- I waited another 10 minutes in the drive-thru- and low and behold- after 1.5 hours, I was able to get my medicine. Picking up medicine should not take 1.5 hours. I will be moving to a different pharmacy."
