"This was my 9th trip to Disney World and the first time I have used a travel agent to help. With all the changes/restrictions Disney has installed, I do not think I ever could have pulled this trip off without their help. I hesitate to call Mickey World a 'travel agent'. They became more of a best friend. They offered and delivered so much that we would have otherwise missed. We had a group of 11 in 3 rooms at our resort. Mickey World made all of our hotel, park, and dinner reservations. They got us into places we did not even know existed. They listened to our needs and desires and always had a way to make what we wanted happen. I feel like they are now a part of our family. Everyone, from 3 years old to 60, had the best possible experience - and so many memories! We will definitely use them for any future trips and are actually in talks of a Universal trip coming up. "What a very good Disney trip and I am very happy! A lot of positives with this trip all around. Hotel , the Swan was amazing and perfectly located. The restaurants were great! We hit two of the four as the last two days we just couldn't make it work but I know they would have been awesome!
