"We canceled our policy because the new rates were significantly lower than what we were paying and we are now receiving twice the coverage! I sent This email (below) out of frustration because our agent (Rodney Thompson) would not cooperate with our request to cancel. I originally emailed him requesting to cancel the policy and he stated it needed to be in writing. I also called to cancel but that wasn't acceptable either. He said we could not back date our cancellation which turned out to be not true so long as you have another policy which we did. He also refused to send us the requested cancellation paperwork. You'll see Rodney's email below mine. I've been in business for 18 years and I've never seen unprofessionalism at this level from any other business. Up until this we had a pretty good working relationship. Maybe this company is good but the agent does not represent them well at all. ========================================================== Rodney, Thank you, I will do that. Regardless, your lack of professionalism and cooperation are duly noted.
