"I bought my first car just under 3 years ago and my salesman was Mo. He was super helpful in the process and incredibly nice. A few days ago I visited Kia because my Kia Soul had a recall. I sat in the waiting room for a couple hours. After Mo realized how long I was there he offered me some pizza and someone to talk to. He continued to be super nice and considerate. lastly I told him that after I upgraded my phone my apple carplay would connect. Mo then fixed it in 5 minutes.
